ThrallVISION Introduces a Global Network That Lets People Be Somewhere Without Being There
New platform connects people seeking real-world perspectives with See’ers who can share live video, still photographs, and firsthand presence - creating possibilities for connection, decisions, and income.
SEATTLE, WA - October 30, 2026 - What if you could see what is happening halfway around the world through the eyes of someone who is actually there? What if that person could also help you evaluate a product, inspect a location, or experience an event you cannot attend?
That is the idea behind ThrallVISION, a global technology platform introduced by Seattle-based inThrall Global Corporation. ThrallVISION connects a person seeking a real-world perspective - a Watch’er - with someone who can provide it - a See’er. Their authorized, purpose-driven engagement is called a Mission.
A See’er can use a compatible camera-equipped mobile device to deliver live video and still photographs. Compatible Meta and other smart glasses can also support first-person capture, providing an especially natural hands-free perspective. Device capabilities and supported features vary. The platform assumes participants have an internet connection.
The value is not simply remote video. It is a coordinated human presence at a particular place, for a defined purpose, enabling a Watch’er to see, ask, learn, and make better-informed decisions without traveling.
A Simple Idea with Global Possibilities
“We have spent decades developing technologies that allow people to communicate across great distances. But there is still something missing: the ability to have a trusted human presence somewhere you cannot physically be,” said Harry Hart, Founder, CEO & Chief Architect of inThrall Global Corporation.
“ThrallVISION is our answer to that challenge. We are creating a global network where one person’s presence can become another person’s perspective - and where useful presence can also create an opportunity for compensation.”
A See’er may be a local resident, a traveler, or someone already near a requested destination. A Watch’er may be an individual, a family, or an organization. The network is designed for participation across geographic borders, subject to local conditions, permissions, and participant availability.
Five Ways a Mission Can Make a Difference
1. Explore a property from another country
A couple in London considering a home in Vancouver could commission a local See’er to walk nearby public streets, show the surroundings on live video, and provide still photographs of agreed details. The Watch’er gains timely context; the See’er earns compensation for their local presence. This complements, rather than replaces, professional inspections.
2. See a product before making a purchase
A customer considering an expensive item sold only at a distant retail store could ask a See’er to visit the location, subject to store permission, show its appearance and features, and capture photographs of the product or shelf information. The Watch’er gets a closer look before making a trip or ordering; the See’er is compensated for the visit.
3. Observe a business or project location
A business owner in New York with an interest in Singapore could commission a See’er to observe an authorized site, report visible progress, or document agreed exterior conditions through video and still photos. The Watch’er saves travel time and expense; the See’er provides valuable local observations.
4. Share an entertainment or sporting experience
A fan unable to travel to a concert, festival, or sporting event could commission a See’er attending the venue to share permitted sights and atmosphere, including still photos or live video where authorized. The Watch’er gains a sense of participation; the See’er helps bring the experience closer. Venue rules, event permissions, broadcasting rights, and privacy restrictions apply.
5. Connect with a distant family moment
A grandparent who cannot travel to an outdoor family celebration could arrange for an authorized See’er to provide live views and photographs, with consent from those involved. For the Watch’er, the benefit is connection; for the See’er, the Mission is an opportunity to help while earning compensation.
These are illustrative use cases, not representations of completed customer Missions. All engagements depend on permissions, availability, agreed scope, and applicable rules.
Anyone Can Commission a Mission - No Account Required
Anyone may initiate a request to commission a Mission with or without a ThrallVISION account. A requester can describe what they need to see and begin arranging an authorized engagement. See’ers may explore opportunities suited to their location, availability, and capabilities. Any fulfillment or compensation arrangements are governed by the relevant Mission terms.
Designed for Phones and Smart Glasses
A dedicated app is not required for compatible browser-based See’er participation. The optional ThrallVISION Vantage mobile application offers a more full-featured experience and is currently available for Android from ThrallVISION.com. Meta smart glasses and other compatible smart glasses provide additional ways to capture a first-person perspective. Specific functions depend on device compatibility and permissions.
Toward a Global Trusted Presence Network
ThrallVISION’s ambition is to build a Global Trusted Presence Network: people able to provide authorized, useful presence for others across cities, countries, and continents. Over time, the architecture may extend to drones, robotics, and machine intelligence, while retaining the central premise that access to the physical world can be more inclusive, immediate, and human.
“Think how often you have said, ‘I wish I could be there,’” Hart said. “Now think of all the people who already are there, or could be. ThrallVISION is designed to connect those two realities in a way that benefits both sides.”
