We design for real people, not abstract users.
A person considering a Mission needs to know what they are agreeing to. A remote participant needs to understand that they are requesting—not controlling—a human being. A Mission Commander needs a reliable way to scope work without obscuring its purpose.
What every offer should make clear
- Who is asking, what outcome they need, and why the task matters.
- Where and when it may happen, how long it is expected to take, and what it pays.
- What equipment, capture, communication, and privacy boundaries apply.
- How a See'er can say no, pause, seek clarification, or end participation.
Profiles are not psychological labels
They are participation preferences: availability, capabilities, consent settings, trusted audiences, and the kinds of work a person wishes to consider. The purpose is fit and clarity—not surveillance or coercion.
