What a responsible pilot looks like
- Start with one measurable outcome, a public or authorized setting, and a clear operating window.
- State what will be observed, what will not be captured, who may view it, and how long it will be retained.
- Make compensation transparent before a See'er accepts a Mission.
- Measure useful completion, participant confidence, and decision quality—not raw minutes alone.
